• Photos: Images you attach to maintenance records, stored securely in your account.
• Usage data: Anonymous app usage information to improve the app experience.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your maintenance records across devices
• To power AI-assisted features (diagnostics, service health, common issues)
• To manage your subscription and purchases
• To send important account and service notifications

Third-Party Services

• Supabase – Secure cloud storage and authentication
• RevenueCat – Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Anthropic – AI features (data is not used to train models)
• Apple Sign In – Authentication

Biometric Data

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, biometric data is processed entirely on your device by iOS and is never transmitted to our servers.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

MotoMaintainAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
